"Hospitality in the Storm"

I would like to thank Mr.Ken at the Front Desk for his exceptional customer service. Extending grace is Top Tier. Ms. Keisha I believe manages housekeeping was very courteous as well. I'm so grateful for the love and hospitality of building #2 🌹

This room was not at all what I was expecting. It was not clean, there was bugs on the wall and it was smaller than expected. Also, the pictures were false advertisements.

"Don’t recommend it"

It was terrible. It smelled terrible. There was stuff on the walls that I had no idea what it was. The staff was very rude. The manager there was so disrespectful. Don’t recommend it had to leave three hours of staying there bugs and roaches. I told the staff that I need the refund and they would not give it to me.
