"worst staff and denied room for confirmed reservations"

after booking thru booking.com , they denied the stay. address was incorrect , propery was 1km away from property address given jn booking.com . staff is clueless simply saying no such bookig and rooms qre full.despite showing confirmed booking ans msgs.
