The bed and floor mat is very filthy. I can see the dirt stain on them

- Cleanliness very poor,toilet not well maintain. Refrigerator not properly clean. Living Hall not well maintain. - The parking lot got others parks,the staff not properly handle the problem,we got to risk our car parks on others - Check in place got slightly hard (if tenants elders people)

The facility and cleanness other than that management staffs checknin procedures hopeless.

Too much of hastle in checking in. Too many online transaction keys need to collect in another location in diffrent mall. The way they do as though we are going into bank safe deposit room. Those who are internet savvy and educated than they will follow the instruction but if those who is not educated or old people you are expecting them to follow all this nonsence?????? They collected the deposit money till today it is not return. I received nearly 20 messages for check in instructions. Keep on sending non stop messages making people irrate.
