"Location was good, but the room was dirty."

Its location.

The room I received was dirty. Old socks left in the night stand draw along with a coffee cup full of who knows what. Table was also dirty. Remote could not change the tv. Sofa pull out be mattress was as thin as a pancake.

Nothing

I paid a significant amount for this stay. After that, the valet still asked for a tip. I don’t mind tipping when it’s voluntary, but being asked for it felt inappropriate. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.

"Cleanliness is super important to me, I would not stay in this privately owned suite again. I like the signature suites"

I liked the location of the suite

The suite wasn’t clean when we checked in. There were black shoe prints all over the tiles leading into the bathroom. The carpet also looked gross, not clean and there were several stains in the carpet. I suggested that it at minimum needs to be deep cleaned/ ideally replaced. There was also dust collecting on the light fixtures and top of the TV, it looked like the cleaners did not regularly dust down the suite. The soap dispenser that was supposed to be in the shower was damaged and put under the sink.

Amazing property and room within the MGM Signature was fabulous. Lots of room for a family and very well set up. Small kitchenette was an added bonus with fridge and sink
