The stay was absolutely spectacular from the very first moment I arrived. From reception throughout my entire stay, I truly felt at home. The hospitality was outstanding and genuinely warm. With special mention and honors to Remesh, Jasmine, Rose and Adithya, who made my stay truly special with their kindness, care and attention to every detail. Upon arrival, I was given a small tour of the property, including an explanation of the hotel’s history and a walk through the garden, sharing some of the mysticism behind the place. I won’t spoil it here — I highly recommend experiencing it in person. The property is completely peaceful and located about a 500-meter walk from the beach. It’s not the main beach, but rather one that leads to a local fishing village, which makes it feel even more authentic and special. The food and menu variety were excellent — among the best I experienced during my travels in Kerala — and truly made a difference. Without a doubt, this is a place I would return to if I’m in Kerala again. Not only because of the beautiful setting, the quality of the food, and the proximity to the beach, but above all because of the warmth, closeness, and care shown by the staff. The room was incredibly comfortable, with fantastic terraces that made the stay even more special.

As very minor points that could be improved, the bathroom facilities could benefit from a few small upgrades. For example, having the hairdryer fixed to the wall would be more comfortable, and the selection of shampoo and conditioner could be slightly expanded. That said, these are truly small details and more a matter of fine-tuning — overall, the stay was excellent in every sense

Staff were excellent, very chilled vibe in the hotel and the food was lovely. Twin room is two double beds as well which is a huge plus.

The rooms are large, spacious and beautifully decorated, with tasteful Indian art pieces, furniture and fittings that give the entire property a serene, characterful ambience. The tropical gardens are lush and wonderfully maintained, and the pool area is a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast was a real highlight — an endless parade of delicious food including fresh fruit, eggs, breads, juice and local Keralan specialities. The quality and generosity were outstanding. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Every interaction was warm and genuine, always greeted with a smile. They are incredibly kind and consistently go the extra mile, whether arranging tours and transfers or, in our case, preparing a packed breakfast for our early morning departure. I wish I could mention everyone by name, but the wonderful team members we did meet included Jasmin, Nimesh, Rose, Shreejit, Reshma and Ansi Amma. A memorable stay in every way — highly recommended.

L établissement est superbe, rénové avec beaucoup de goût Les balcons donnent sur un luxuriant jardin tropical tres bien entretenu La piscine est appréciable pour se relaxer apres le voyage Dîner et petits dejeuners, servis sur la terasse, copieux et délicieux ; La plage est facilement accessible à pied avec un excellent restaurant de plage: le Seagull café Yasmine, la responsable,nous a donné plein de conseils.Nous avons ainsi profiter un maximum de notre sejour: balade en bateau au lever de soleil sur les back-water, massage et cours de yoga.

Beautiful property! The bed was pure heaven! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Exciting to hear they are building a spa and restaurant on site.

The property was lovely and the staff were exceptional. The only reason I have not scored this higher is that we were not made aware of the building works that were being carried out at the property when booking.

A new spa is being built next to the pool. We chose this property to relax after our two weeks of travelling around India and there were jack hammers being operated all day long. I would definitely come back again once the building works have been completed.

Marari Beach bungalow is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The hotel exceeding our expectations and the staff was awesome!
