Artistic stunning apartment city view

Location excellent, just down the road from family we were visiting.

Fantastic location, only 10 minutes walk from Derry city centre. Also, easy access to all other routes. Flat PROS: 1st floor with lift. Good when we have luggages. Quiet at night. Felt safe with off-street parking. Good matrisses. Sleep well. Clean, presentable. I would recommend. Flat CONS: TV no access. We could not watch the news. The lock on the door should be reinforced. Last day, we found the key box open. And someone had been in while we were out. Even with good intentions of providing extra toilet paper, it should not happen. While renting a place, that space should be ours only. Shower enclosure would benefit with a carpet, avoiding wet floor.

We had no reply for several days regarding the collection of the keys. Upon arrival we then had to contact the property as no internet password was left. We paid for three people but only left two towels.

There was no blinds in the bedrooms, and woke up at 5.00 am every morning

Very comfortable bed and beautiful art.

Lack of bowls, drinking glasses, charging for the games machine and no tea towel. Kitchen need replacing.

Nice to have a whole apartment and the washer was a bonus.

It was hard to find the entrance and the front door seemed to be always open so a bit less secure. There was no drying rack, tea towels or cleaning clothes so hard to clean up after ourselves. We did have a problem initially in getting the entrance code and WiFi but figured it out eventually.

The place is adorably decorated. Comfortable! Tons of room. We were very comfortable! Would stay again.

Parking was a challenge.

The apartment is beautiful, such a nice place to relax and enjoy your time in Derry. Great parking, nice neighbours, and a fully furnished place to enjoy. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed

We had to wait for the owner to finish work to get the information about the apartment (8pm), although not a big deal is something to be aware of especially if you need information when you arrive like the wifi password (might be worth them having it written in the apartment for future) :)
