"Wonderfully characterful."

A characterful cottage in a quiet but convenient location. The layout was very comfortable, once we had got used to the toilet being downstairs. The shower was exceptional.

"Fantastic cottage in a beautiful village"

The Cottage was beautiful and in a very quiet location with two excellent eating establishments. The beds was very comfortable and clean with basic food supplies left for our visit. Harome is a very quiet village with no facilities but very close to Hensley a 5 minute drive which has everything from pubs to cafe and excellent restaurants.

"A lovely stay in a very pretty village and plenty to do despite the weather"

Comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very clean, well equipped . Lots of information on things to do in the area

Steep stairs to a downstairs toilet, so care needed at night time if toilet required . Both pub/restaurants in the village are high-end , expensive and requiring advance booking , but Helmsley ( 2.5 miles away) had plenty of choice

Great location.

Wished there was a bigger place to sit out as next door has access over this back garden? But it didnā€™t spoil anything

"All you want from a sweet cottage!"

Everything you would expect from a gorgeous cottage in a quiet sweet village. Lots of nice touches: basic food & drink provided. DW tablets and gels for WM. Comfy beds! Thank you Joan!

I did not stay long enough. Maybe a bigger TV?
