It was noisy at night and early in the morning. The oven, microwave and some of the crockery and cutlery were dirty, some surfaces were very dusty. The bedroom blind was broken, there was no bedside lamp or light switch, there was no plug for the bath There was no information in the guest portal

Location was great. Right in the town centre. But the building was shared by Iceland and the store was adjoining the flats. Unloading began at 5 am and was noisy.

The apartment did not match what we booked. There was no sofa bed but a double bed in the living room. There was no wardrobe and no hooks or hangers. There was extremely limited counter top space in the kitchen and bathroom. There was no bath mat or shower mat and too few towels so showering was hazardous. We were told cleaning materials were provided. But the only cleaning material was a very dirty sponge in the kitchen. There were no toiletries as promised in the room description.There was an ironing board but no iron. The door to the apartment was very difficult to open and the key got stuck several times. The master bedroom was so small the ensuite bathroom door could only be opened half way as the bed was in the way. The bathroom sink was the smallest we had ever seen. The management team were told about the problems on the first night but did nothing to correct them. I complained to booking.com complaints but did not get a call back.
