The pool needs more regular maintenance as the tiles at the bottom had turned green when we visited.
AEGBLocation of the property is very good capturing the backwaters and green spaces from the balcony. Staff(limited staff) was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. Being a vegetarian resort is something that we liked as the area is not so much popular for vegetarian food.
Resort is extremely understaffed, so the cleaning is compromised. General cleanliness of the property can be better which will massively add to the experience of staying at the property. Choice in the Buffet breakfast and dinner was limited but the whatever was available was done pretty well. Pathway to the resort is well maintained but please be extra careful while driving at nights as its at top of the hill. We had lot of power cuts the day we arrived at the property but that was due to some maintenance taking place in the area. Overall, we had a great time staying at this resort, and with some extra staff, the experience will only get better.
