Overall environment of neighborhood and street - did not feel safe walking down the street.

Absolutely adorable! Close to everything. Very clean and well stocked. The downloadable guide is a great touch!

Towel rack was a little loose and falls if you put more than one towel on it but otherwise, easy fix :)

The house was in rough shape, with lots of minor imperfections and damage to floors, a broken microwave and generally cheap feeling. On top of that, the room didn't have enough outlets, so there were many lamps, but several weren't plugged in, and couldn't be. The pictures make the place look modern and clean, but the place is considerably more run down. There are nice touches like soap, sponges, coffee filters and the like to make the stay simple, but it wasn't the more upscale place the pictures seem to indicate. Having to sign a contract and purchase insurance outside the cost on booking.com was another major turnoff.
