FLOBESTIAN BEACH VILLA CANDOLIM BEACH

Views outstanding, room 108 had a small kitchen ,but who's cooking,lovely lovely people . Outstanding position for Beach Road come on to it at Teema , a short walk to beach hard on the soft sand after a long day in a shack🍻🍻🍲🍲🍲 but not complaining. Great price for what we got .Anne Bobxxxx

Only problem room 108 is joined to another room by a sliding glass door so it can be opened and it becomes a much larger family room ,great idea ,but noisy neighbours at 2 o'clock in the morning isn't funny ,banged on door and peace for an hour started again . Silence eventually . Sunhil the manager asked me the next day if everything was alright told him what happened,and he explained to me the couple had phoned him complaining of the madman next door, at 2am they apparently were warned and were not seen or heard again 1night out of 4 weeks ain't bad . But you know about our room 108 .Needs more soundproofing literally a glass panel .

The bed was comfy

We booked here to stay for 16 nights over Christmas and New Year it was so bad we ended up staying for 1 night and paying for two. In its description it states the rooms are 430 square foot which we thought would be great we'd have plenty of space to move around in The room was nowhere near the size stated it was nearly half that and much of the space is taken up with a large bed a wardrobe a large old fridge a large mirror on a stand and a small table with a kettle leaving not much space to move around The old fridge is right next to the bed so the noise from it is contstantly on when you're trying to sleep the back of the fridge was filthy had not been cleaned in ages.

Room was dirty, never cleaned and no clean towels Owners of property were lovely. But they are paying someone to manage the apartments and they are doing an awful job, such a shame

Location excellent. Staff very friendly. When air con broke was fixed within 2 hours. Bedding changed daily if you wanted it. Beds very comfortable. Balcony great.

It’s a bit dated with furniture, but typical for India

Great location close to the beach but that entire Candolim beach road had loads of accommodation and many looked better. This maybe the cheapest place if 4 people want to stay together in the same villa without having to take 2 separate rooms.

There is no official reception or check in process. You have kinda figure out what to do once u reach if the person from the villa doesn't text you back. They only accept cash or indian gpay which wasn't mentioned before. The rooms are cute with the balcony and back path to the beach but smaller than anticipated.

Had booked one location in the house in the pictures. and then when i arrived they moved me to another.. different location, different to pictures. the lights also were broken in my room and team had to come fix it
