It had the wow factor, stunning views. Luxury furnishings and lots of special touches. The sheep visited us both evening and in the morning. Had our food delivered to the lodge. Love the check in and out times.

The Lodge was absolutely stunning. Peaceful, sparkling clean, cosy and just perfect for our anniversary night away. Food at the restaurant next door was fantastic and it was ideal it being next door. The views were breathtaking. We ordered breakfast the next morning and it was the best weve ever had. They also chucked in a little biscuit and we nearly fought over it, it was thay good! We will definitely be back!

The only thing I would say is that we was in the Skylark Lodge and as we stayed at a weekend, we felt it wasn't as private with the busy beer garden next door. Couldn't always relax so maybe if the wooden fence was a little further down the outside area, it would help. I didnt mind it but my partner struggled to relax until it quietened down.

We had a lovely chilled out stay at the cabin and the views were absolutely breathtaking - the bath was what drew us to book here and it was amazing!! The owners had left a few surprises which made the stay feel even more special. And just for info the deck area is covered which means you can always sit out. Be prepared for a visit from the sheep - they're very inquisitive! Perfect for a romantic getaway, would definitely return in the future.

Fabulous view. Secure parking. Thoughtful. Little treats. Everything you needed.

Maybe a mini dishwasher and coffee machine would be nice (although tea and coffee was provided).
