Central Elegant Two-Bedroom Apartment

Warning. This apartment comes with parking, I ended up with a £60 parking fine for parking in the designated bay. They said they would reimburse me the cost but then just ignored me. No reimbursement ever happened. Rip Off!

Modern layout, big tv and the choice of a bath or shower

There’s clearly no cleaner or they clean with their eyes closed. Filthy utensils, utensil cupboards and drawers had food/crumbs in them, inside the fridge was also dirty. There were stains on the chair in the living room and marks all over the walls in each room - including food marks? Cupboards in the bathroom had toothpaste marks inside of them. The tv was hanging off the wall as the bracket fixture had broken. The heating also didn’t work, I messaged about this and had a reply to say it’d get sorted but it didn’t and then I got ignored. Not enough toilet roll provided, no washing up liquid, not even a bath mat for the showers? The rug in the living room is dirty and the floors weren’t exactly clean. Also to top it all off I received a parking ticket for parking in the bay I was told to for my stay? I was then told to pay for this and it would be reimbursed but am still waiting on the reimbursement, despite receiving my deposit back. Not happy.

Cozy space, open design, great beds and showers. Would stay again!
