The apartment is very well located, modern and cozy. All utilities and facilities are there and well functioning. The host was very nice and helpful.

The bathrooms are outdated, they require refurbishment. Also, some of the surfaces should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

"We had a lovely stay"

We had a very nice stay. Apartment just like in the pictures, can easily accommodate large families, big rooms with big beds, one and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, huge living, lots of free parking options in front and behind the building, good distance from the city center for this price (7 min on foot to the tram station, 1.2 km on foot to the city center), very nice host, she gave us some recommendations for restaurants and sights that were spot on. I was a bit apprehensive to book this as they were new to booking, had no reviews and there was no free cancelation option, but we had a lovely stay!

A smart TV would have helped us stream some movies, but we survived just fine without it (there are 3 classic TVs in the apartment).
