I stayed three full months and enjoyed it very much. The staff are all incredibly nice people, everything in the room was clean and functioning. I would absolutely come back and recommend it.

The duvet releases feathers everywhere so after a month I gave them it and used my own blankets.

Location was easy to get to from the train station. East and simple to check in and out of the hotel.

The room was very good and the staff at the desk which is staffed from 1PM to 10PM was friendly and professional. The reason for my one star rating is the absolutely rude and disrespectful man who works in the office next to the desk. One morning my wife asked him how we could access the fitness room, instead of just giving her the code to the room he yelled at her for not already knowing it. When I went to check out in the morning the kiosk would not recognize my reservation. I asked the man in the room for help. In an extremely rude manner he waved his arms at me as if to shoo away a stray dog and said. I don't know, I don't help. I'm in a hurry, there is a car waiting for me and this man is being extremely rude and offensive to me. He finally walks over and starts yelling at me, pointing to a box where I could put my room card. How easy it would have been for him to do that in the first place instead of being a nasty human being. I won't stay here again because of this person's rudeness.
