Spacious

Upon arrival we were greeted by flies everywhere outside the property, the house wasn’t clean the beds were all damp, the towels were also damp. There was hairs on the pillows and mould. Down the side of the bed on the first floor bedroom there was nail clippings. There wasn’t enough toilet roll we were given 3 rolls between 7 people for a two night stay. The kitchen sides were dirty as were the appliances, fingerprints all over the fridge and microwave. Overall the place needs a bit more TLC. The outside areas were neglected, and it doesn’t help that it’s like a building site outside the property either.

Inside the property was clean and had most things needed There was a problem with the heating and hot water but this was sorted

Outside the property was less than desirable. A house near is being renovated so there was lots of rubbish and the overall area was quite daunting (so much that when we pulled up I’m was tempted to drive on) Glad we didn’t go in the summer as the out door area on the property wasn’t kept well No parking at property as stated, it was on the street instead and had to park quite away from the property a few times. It is a new property and hopefully the owner can update their outside to improve it and also change the ad so people are aware the parking is on street and not always available close to the property (we would not have booked had we known the parking wasn’t at the actual property), however they will not be able to change the area it is in or the surrounding properties which I feel let this property down.

Property was very spacious and was enough for me and my friends.
