Lovely Studio Condominiums at Mesavirre Garden Residences Bacolod

I liked how the unit was set up, how clean and comfy the beddings, complete appliances microwave, heater, induction,pan and the unit even have a washing machine where you don't need to go outside and look for a laundry shop, a lot of tissue provided. I was really shocked that they even have a welcome drinks, popcorn, biscuits and chocolate🥰😋. Staying t the unit give you the vibe of home and hotel. The fragrance of if really relaxing☺️. However, due to last minute booking, I requested a wine glass which is where I know it's impossible but they still provided a glass it's just not closed but I can say the effort of the owner is exceptional and I really appreciate it. Also I notice the cabinet where the big mirror is built it, I think it's better if it's going to fix, I mean minimal fixing so the guest can slide and used the mirror. Although there's a mirror inside the restroom, but I just suggest it's better to look your self where you can actually see how's your OOTD. All in all it's a great and an exceptional service. They quickly response to my request and prepared the room. And I can say that this is the first time I've experience this kind of set up that exceeds my expectation. 😍👌 Wifi : 100% fast Kudos to the owner and the staff. Very comfortable, good location, good security guards, all needed functions are there.

The only thing that was negative is that the water out of the faucet was black when we first arrived but after few minutes of usage it became clear.. maintenance staff were extremely attentative and helpful for anything we asked for. Everyone was so friendly.

Easy to access but not so familiar with some of the taxi drivers, the facility is clean and comfortable.

At first, the approach of kuya at the front desk is not nice he tells us that maybe our booking is SCAM considering that we're from travel and we want to relax in a while, but in the entrance pa lang ganon na yung approach. Because the owner of the unit is unreachable on that time that why we waited for too long and we spend another fare to return at the place kasi kung kailang pa kami umalis at mag hahanap na lang sana ng murang stayhan saka pa nag tawag yung owner.

I liked the ambiance and overall vibe. The bed was so soft and comfy! The staff was super helpful and kind too.

It was very well equipped with appliances and decorations!! I love the fact that it has a smart lock on the front door so we didn't really need a key.

There weren't any complaints with these rooms. I'm just sad that the other room Tower B Room 206 that I am staying in isn't as nice as these rooms in Tower A.

The security the cleanliness its very cozy and very comfortable

The place is 100% convenient, nice to stay vacation. 👍
