Bathroom was not clean.

Behaviour of the staff Location

The service provided by the staff is quite disappointing, firstly they have lost the room key and the manager did not know about it so before leaving I had to wait so that they can try your all the spare keys to find which one of them is the key to our room. When asking for some basic things like towels it took them to phone calls and 20 minutes to deliver them to our room. They told that they don't have any filter water while we found a filter installed at the kitchen and got the bottles filled ourself because we did not trust of to do that for us.
