Calswald's Skyline Sanctuary

I was very disappointed with this stay. Although the apartment contains the same items shown in the listing photos, every single item shown is torn, worn out, or damaged. The property may have the same furniture as advertised, but everything is in extremely poor condition. The curtains were torn and falling off, and several furnishings were damaged. The TV was not mounted. .Couldn't watch TV. The cushions on the couch were badly worn and torn, yet the property is described as “clean.” Torn furniture, worn pillows, and neglected details do not reflect a clean or well-maintained space. There was a random glass item placed in the middle of the living area that felt unsafe and out of place. The dishcloth provided was extremely dirty. Am talking about the one that was hanging on the sink. The bed was uncomfortable and did not even have a proper inner/duvet it was just a cover the sheets that you sleep on and pillows placed on the bed, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Nothing in the apartment reflected the quality shown in the listing images. This was especially disappointing as it was my birthday weekend. I booked this place hoping to enjoy a comfortable stay The only positive aspect was the balcony view at night, which I briefly enjoyed. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this property, as the listing is misleading and the accommodation is poorly maintained.

Location and elevation, sky view, proximity to shops, and public transport, complex neat tidy, pleasant and not noisy, accomodation generally clean and neat.

Noise from Perere on Monday night went on after designated hours. 1 Curtain in lounge needs replacing. Cutlery draw could have been a bit cleaner.

Everything was absolutely amazing and it was very very relaxing. It is definitely a place we would come back to.

overall the place was nice.

the bed had bed bugs honestly it was really disappointing although the place was tidy the amount of dust from the couches and curtains and not to mention the bed that had bed bugs was really horrible please clean up properly and check the bed and pillows its really disappointing staying in such a lovely place but it has bad dust and bed bugs not really worth spending so much money really.

Samuel was a very responsive host. The apartment is lovely and cosy. It was just what we needed. And it was situated perfectly a short walk to the shopping centre.

The guys on the gate were a little tricky! Don't forget your key fob for the gate! Also I've pointed out a couple of things to Samuel that need looking into. Also I didn't realise it was on the third floor!
