Apartament was clean and very comfy with excelent location.

Bed was comfortable, location was great. Owner was really helpfull.

In the end, we did not stay in the room so we cannot say anything about it other than that parking is far away.

The listing was deceptive and said parking was available, However, after booking, when we arrived, the host told us to Google a parking garage that was several blocks away and go park there. We told her we needed closer parking and wanted to cancel but she refused to refund us. We did not use the room or even see it, and we never met the host in person. We had to find other acommodations at a late hour. Of course, the city of Parma has parking spots. To me "available parking" means close and secure parking. This was neither. I would not rely on the hosts description of the apartment.
