Apartmán ve Vysokých Tatrách

Super lokalita. Kousek u nádraží. Možnost parkování v garáži. Z hlediska čistoty ok.

Nedostatečné dispozice k ubytování. Prospělo by upřesnit např. parkování. Vjedete do garáže, ze které se ale dostanete ven jen přes vjezdová vrata, neboť nemáte k dispozici kartu k vnitřním dveřím. Poté obcházíte budovu a hledáte recepci. Apartmán je umístěn v hotelu. Recepční má jen vydat kartu a pak vás čeká hledání samotného apartmánu. Apartmán je úzká nudle. Když v noci pršelo, byl dost slyšet odvod vody ze střechy.

Spotless clean, great location, lovely staff.

the location is great, the apartment is spacious and sofa bed is extendable to comfort. There is also free minibar in the apartment which is an added value. There are hotel restaurant and others are just opposite. Good value buffet options from the hotel but dinner buffet closes at 8pm so we have no time for it. We also enjoyed free table tennis and billiards.

The receptionist doesn't have our booking information at first. Then we need to explain and show them the message from the owner. There should be more transparent communication. The room we were given on 2nd floor has no view at all.
