It was fabulous

Bed was a decent size.

There was no mirror in my room and the TV didn't work.

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious, the toilets were clean and the living area had amenities for a shared lodge. Ample kitchen facilities in clean and good working condition.

1. The pub/bar closeby gets loud at night and I couldn’t sleep well. 2. Unknown strangers claiming to be friends of other room occupants. Did not feel safe with unknown people walking in and out late afternoons and late evenings. 3. Terrible smell of smoke most nights in common areas and leftover bottles of drinks. 4. If you’re new, parking is going to be a nightmare.

Nice and cheap for a sleep that’s all we used it for

Excellent . As long as readers understand it is up a flight of open air stairs the property inside is excellent. In a quiet area too, but good local facilities, and bus stops.

I had a good stay, be more then happy to stay again in the future which I plan to I was left alone and slept well.

All was fine but lack of staff on arrival but now I know the set up it's fine and again I happy to return.en

Owner agreed a refund because it was misdescribed, this is not a guest house it is a shared house. Despite agreeing a refund as is my legal right they are now refusing. I asked to cancel immediately after booking and didn’t go to the property I have the proof a refund was agreed and it’s a legal right anyway
