Moderna Apartment URBAN STAY

Nice, clean apartment with everything you need for a few nights. A nice playground next to the apartment and a grocery shop nearby.

The AC unit is only in the living room, no ac in the bedroom, so you need to have your door open. The view is not very good, and it's quite far from the city center and I think from the tram stop too, so we just stayed around for the one night.

Self check-in, location, parking

Quiet place but keep in mind that means you are quite a bit (30 min walk) outside the main square.

Parking was not handled properly. The key fob that was provided did not work to open the parking lot gate. I called and was advised to simply park in front of the property instead. I received a ticket overnight. Disappointingly, the host said there was nothing they could do about it since it was issued by local authorities. Why would you tell me to park in an area where I could receive a ticket? Outside of this issue, the place itself is showing quite a bit of wear and tear. Table is cheap, couches need cleaning, bed is very squeaky. And no shower curtain/door in the bathroom, which means having to do a sailor shower.

Czysty i nowoczesny apartament. Parking, winda, czysta pościel i ręczniki, apartament dobrze wyposażony. Jak w domu. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Gorąco polecamy.
