"Good hotel overall, location not great."

Thought the staff were really good and they tried their best to help. However, there was a communication barrier. They didn't speak great English, however you can manage with Google translate. It still, made it difficult to organize tours etc. You could message them over Whatsapp, which made it easy to organize a taxi. The facilities were very clean and looked very nice. However, it can be cold at night. They have extra blankets but there doesn't seem to be a heating system in the room. The main issue is the location. 20min to ollyamabam by taxi, 13min to urumbama. There isn't any restaurant or much life in general around the hotel. Food in the hotel is average, but good if you're stuck.

Muy lindo el lugar, las piezas amplias y todo bien decorado, te sentías realmente en medio del Valle. No es muy grande el complejo lo que lo hace acogedor y más personalizado. El personal muy amable, la cocina cerraba a las 20:00hr pero aún así nos esperaron algunos días para poder cenar a la vuelta de los paseos, muy atentos siempre.

No eran muy cómodas las almohadas y el desayuno un poco básico, tampoco daban cosas de baño (shampoo,etc). No nos influyó mucho pero son detalles. No había nada alrededor, estábamos a un costado de la carretera. No era opción caminar a ningún lado ni salir a almorzar o comer por ahí cerca, todo en taxi.

Quarto muito confortável

Já tivemos experiências melhores em outras hospedagens. Funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos e prestativos (com exceção do motorista parceiro Edwin, que foi muito atencioso). Café da manhã com poucas opções, recusa em preparar um ovo extra, além de cobranças inesperadas (copo quebrado e lareira) que não costumamos encontrar em hotéis. Pontos que certamente podem ser melhorados.
