Intiterra Apart Hotel Villas

It was beautiful a place and room. The hotel is so inmersed in the mountains, so peaceful. We loved it. The gardens and the architecture were lovely. Amazing breakfast too!

It was a bit smaller than what we thought. The place had some common rooms that were not able to use.

The breakfast is good quality and quantity but could be more special.

The bed was good but could be a little more comfortable.

The room has a fire place (20 Soles for fire, staff is making a fire for you in your room) and a jacuzzi! Very comfy beds and heater in the room. Netflix and good internet available. Breakfast included. Large terrace on top of the restaurant with a nice view, great place to do yoga!

Honestly we were dissapointed by the service of the staff, didn't really feel welcomed - the room wasn't prepared for us or rather things were missing or too much: we had a second bed in the room we didn't asked for, only one bath rope and one little towel instead of two. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, after figuring out that the hot water hasn't been turned on for us yet. Spoon for sugar was missing. It is the little things you keep needing to ask the personal about which makes the stay there a little bit exhausting, for the money you pay! They didn't tell is that we can't use the heater, while using the fireplace - so our whole room got smoked twice until we figured it out for our selves. Even when arriving, we were the ones asking all the questions about the facilities, rather then the staff introducing us to the place. Location: there is not a lot around, you have to take a collectivo from the street, only go during the day.

The best thing about this property are the people who work there. They make every effort to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. The property itself is beautiful with fruit trees and flowers surrounding you. The food is made fresh just for you and prepared with care. We loved our stay. The beds were super comfy and all the other aforementioned things made this location a great place for us to stay.

The only thing I will say is the water pressure isn’t amazing in the shower and the hairdryers were not working. But they swiftly brought me a functioning blow dryer to my room. Amazing service

Beautiful location in the valley. It is exactly what we were looking for. Very tranquil and comfortable with views of the mountains. Service was fabulous. As English speaking guests, we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and Google Translate. We had the King’s Room with three bedrooms, heat, and a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was a wonderful amenity to have during our trip to Peru. This hotel is wonderful. There is a foosball table in the dining room, outdoor seating, a fire pit, a rooftop terrace with views of the mountains, and gorgeous landscaping. It is a small property that has been meticulously designed with love by the owner. Anything you need, just ask.

No complaints, just minor items to note. No water filtration under the sink, but they did provide a water-boiling carafe and glass pitcher that we used constantly and refilled our water bottles. This was a minor inconvenience. The location is very hard to find as the two entrances are not what you would expect. One entrance has you drive down a steep narrow dirt road to reach the main gate (always closed, need to press buzzer to enter and cars cannot go in this way) and the other on a grass covered road to a gate (always closed, need to press buzzer; this is where cars park). To be fair, there is a sign clearly stating the property is there, it is just not what we expected. The other thing to note - mostly for American tourists- is that you have to ask the staff to let you out of the property. They quickly do. But we felt bad having to leave at 5am and waking them up, or arriving back to the hotel late. The staff is very caring and accommodating.

Beautiful please, and view was amazing

Very clean and maintained hotel. We thought the hotel was new because it’s very well preserved, however we learned that it’s 8 years old and that was very surprising! The staff is very helpful and nice. Location is nice and quite, however it can be far away from the main cities (like ollaytantambo or urubamba), it’s not a walkable distance and either you need to take a taxi or a shared van. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a couple nights. The room was fully equipped and had hot water all day.

We wished the breakfast was a bit better. As mentioned before, the location is good because it’s quite but it can be far from city/restaurants. The kitchen closes at 8pm, we arrived at 10pm, it would have been nice for them to ask if we wanted something to eat when arriving so that they could have left it ready. Nothing was open at that time, however Antonio was nice to offer us a couple sandwiches.

- the room was really big - comfy bed - big bathroom with a bath - a nice balcony with views over the valley - incredibly clean - the restaurant is beautiful - roomservice for breakfast was nice, especially to sit on the balcony in the morningsun with the amazing view

- I was a bit surprised that I was asked via whatsapp to send my order for the restaurant and they were quite pushy to deliver the food to the room (which I did not want) - the food is ok, but definitely not worth the money - it was the most expensive meal I had in Peru but definitely not the best - when checking out suddenly the cardmachine did not work anymore (it did work at check-in). So I had to pay cash, but than there was no change. And honestly, change for a PEN50 bill cannot be to difficult in a hotel like this
