The apartments were beautiful very clean and spacious

The pool area was very disappointing no atmosphere and the tiles were coming off the pool floor. It also said about no noise after 11pm which was not the case as there was noise a lot of the night from people partying and coming and going. There was no staff to complain too so we just had to put up with it.

Equipment within the apartment of a good standard. Location half way between old & new town was good, nice quiet block

The niceties of the apartment were missing; no instructions on TV / washing machine nor dish washer. Water Heat / Boiler was set to a minimum, TV volume set to a minimum, full set of towels NOT replaced mid way through 2 week break, Mid way of 2 week break cleaning of bathroom & living room only to a minimum. Swimming pool in need of maintenance and sun loungers need a good clean. Deposit payment not voided as quickly as it should have done.

Nothing to do with the property itself that was great. The communal pool could do with a little TLC a few tiles need repairing

Stunning apartment with absolutely everything we could have needed. We had such a lovely time and could so easily relax in the apartment. Comfortable beds, couch, lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent location: easy walk to the old town, various beaches, set away from the strip, <5 min walk to a lovely bakery for a daily pastel de nata. It's wonderful. I hope we can return!
