This is an exceptional property, it exceeded our expectations. A beautifully Italian renovated palace. We felt like we were living in a home of Italian royalty. Every detail was perfect and considered. Alexandra was an incredible host making us feel like family. We thank the owner for making their home/ accomodation a great experience for us to enjoy with exceptional warmth. All other staff were warm, helpful, friendly and kind. Louise & Simon

We ejoyed a large, airy room and particularly nice bathroom. Lots of operable windows. The staff is great and the breakfast is great!

It was a beautiful traditional Italian Palazzo. Barbara and Alessandra were most attentive to their guests. They were also very helpful with restaurants and must see sights.

This place is truly amazing. Barbara has done an amazing job decorating, and it feels like home. Alessandra is always there to greet us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay..

What a delightful find of a hotel. It’s a converted historic mansion in the perfect location, with only a few rooms. Our suite was handsomely sized and well equipped, it had sweeping views of the lower city. There are not many high-end accommodations in Bergamo, so we decided to on this hotel. It’s not the kind of over the top luxury that we are used to at the normal five star hotels. But this intimate hotel is a standout and in a category of its own. It’s not something that you can rate with stars, the hospitality you receive here is from the heart. The space is beautiful, authentic and they care for you like family.

Everything!! Alessandra was a wonderful host, making sure that our every need was fulfilled. The property was exquisite, as was the breakfast! It was well located in the Old Town.

Everything was Absolutely Fabulous. Barbara and Alessandra are very special people and nothing is a problem catering for your very need with kindness and grace. The Palazzo is a magnificent property with great styling and heaps of historical references

Liked everything about this place. Gorgeous rooms and amenities specially the breakfast room that was quite a surprise, from decoration to table setting, utensils, and finally food, all fit for a queen. The administrator made this place even more special. She explained everything upon check-in with well deserved pride. It was an honor being there and meeting her. The rest of the staff were all amazing too.
