We were very well taken care of during our stay — from the beautiful rooms to the satisfying breakfast to the welcoming staff. Alessandra was especially invaluable in helping us make the most out of our time in Bergamo. The location is also perfectly situated to easily step out and explore the old town.

The location is very central in the old town; the palazzo is stunning and the decor even more so. It is a unique place

We had a wonderful stay here , this is a really beautiful place in an old palazzo still owned by the original family with a lot of their furniture. Very central but quiet. They arranged secure parking nearby

The palazzo itself was incredible. Barbara has done an incredible job turning the upper story of her family home into a welcoming hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with views out of the old city down the steep hill to the walls and the lower city. Breakfast was great with the option of having cappuccino and freshly cooked eggs along with standard continental fare. The rooms for guests are on the top floor up two flights of stairs (with a lift). The breakfast room and common reception room are here as well. Down below is a nice courtyard with tables and chairs. All are beautiful and spacious. The location was great for being able to reach the art museum, core of the old town, and rest of the main sights within minutes. Barbara, Alessandra and the rest of the team were welcoming and helpful. Alessandra recommended restaurants for us to visit and showed us around the property so we felt at home. The bus was convenient from the airport.

The only issue is the lack of AC (for regulatory reasons in a historic property) which could be an issue during the hotter months. There are large windows and fans. This is less an issue for the hotel to deal with and more a relevant fact for some potential visitors.

Great palazzo and hotel with very lovely staff. When in Bergamo, this is the place. We will be coming back for sure. Views from the room are great.

The foresteria is an amazing property, run by the third generation owner, who is an architect and has renovated the place herself over multiple years. Everything was great and the host was very welcoming.

A stunning place to stay and our room had great views from the triple aspect windows. The hugh bathroom was originally the owner's grandmother's. Lucky lady and now it has been very tastefully refitted with a fantastic glass shower. Alessandra was so helpful with anything and everything.
