Friendly and helpful staff, insanely beautiful accommodations, peaceful location, stunning and well-maintained garden, two big pools to chill after a long day exploring and of course, a delicious breakfast buffet. Honestly, I would absolutely go ahead and book this hotel again because the minor inconveniences did not tarnish at all our experience.

Sometimes a bit of a lack of communication, I think once the staff improves their level of English, things will be sorted. We missed a few things: coffee refill in the room, trash taken out (we left it outside our room), coffee or tea by the pool (there is no service at all), tour/excursions desk or at least a printed flyer, and service printed on a paper and placed into the room. Small details that would make a big difference, but like I said, we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is incredibly quiet there!

Rooms were amazing, lots of greenery and you can see buffalos from your balcony which was fantastic!

No hot water, unfortunately

The room was so lovely, modern decoration, lovely sheets, air con worked so well in the hot weather. The room had everything we needed. The pool was a lovely area, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Our view from our balcony as well was incredible, I'd much prefer to stay here for a nature getaway than in the city, it was a short drive away to the city but all the local attractions in Trang An were so close you could ride a bike which the hotel provided free of charge.

Bel hôtel. Petit dejeuner copieux. Belle piscine. Emplacement près de Mua cave, en 10 min à vélo. Personnel attentionné. Une belle adresse que je vous recommande.
