La posizione, a pochi passi dal mare e vicinissima al supermercato. La cordialità e la disponibilità dei gestori/proprietari. La presenza dell'aria condizionata. Le finestre con i doppi vetri (l'appartamento dà su una strada trafficata).

"Excellent, well-equipped, great hosts and location"

The location was excellent, and the hosts are super friendly! There is a supermarket next to the flat and the beach is 100m away. The train station is a 10 min walk away, allowing both a great city trip to Rome as well as a day at the beach!

Very welcoming and friendly host, extremely clean and cosy flat, (literally a minute walk to a beach)! Great shops, restaurants and food markets nearby.

I didn't like the fact that we spent there only a week....
