A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms , amazing gym.

We had a disappointment at breakfast. We were told that breakfast was until 10 am. But when we arrived at 9:20 already the staff told us that the breakfast is nearly finished. They started to clean up, some of the dishes were not renewed and we felt pressured to finish up and leave. The selection of food was amazing but we didn’t have the chance to enjoy it..

Awesome city view from window. City biew was better than lake view because of beautiful and unique buildings with sky lines. Comfortable double bed. Convenient window side sofa with cushions. Soft pillows made heavenly sleeping. Excellent quality ammenities. New technology PDLC smart glass in bathroom. Perfectly soundproof walls and floors. So calm during night. Very rich breakfast, Korean, western, Japanese, and various fruits and beverages. Kind and helpful staff and employees. Underground enough parking spaces. Very close distance to walk to lake park on foot. It was a good experiences. We enjoyed greatly.

Room service prices are too expensive.

직원분들이 몹시 친절하고 제 실수로 인한 문제해결에도 적극적으로 나서주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 객실은 무척 쾌적했고, 제 개인적인 용무로 인해서지만 위치도 만족스러웠습니다.

식사는 룸서비스를 이용했는데, 파스타는 무척 맛있게 먹은 반면 디저트나 조식이 좀 아쉬웠어요.
