Best location one can ask for, we really liked the extra perks of a welcome drink as a wine or beer or soft drinks. Also, in the end they gave us a gift with tea and cup. They also upgraded our room with better sea views complimentary. I will definitely stay here again during my trip to Naxos and would recommend to book this place. Sunbeds for free for the guests.

Nikos Apartments is probably the best place you'll ever get to stay in. The hosts are wonderfu and very attentive. The place and rooms are super clean and cleaned daily. The umbrellas and beds are included in your stay and you get a discount on food as the resident. The lunch menu is lovely and so is the dinner menu for the beach restaurant. It's a family run business and you feel like you're part of the family. Could not recommend enough!

We loved everything.

The breakfast was delicious and such a perfect way to start each day in Naxos. We got to enjoy the most filling and delicious breakfast while watching the tide come in. Our room had an incredible view! We got to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and had a very peaceful time!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Nikos Apartments in Naxos! The team went above and beyond to make my birthday truly special - I felt so cared for and appreciated, like a family member. The studio was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location is ideal - peaceful yet close to the beach and local tavernas. The team's kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made my trip unforgettable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great room with a lovely view. Staff was very nice and responsive. Sunbeds at the beach were great and so nice they were included-it was great to have the restaurant right there for breakfast, lunch at the sunbeds, and dinner! Room was very clean and had a smart TV.

The door is not very insulated. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper or don’t like hearing hallway noise. There was one night the restaurant was *very* loud past midnight. Glad I had ear plugs!

The location is ideal, just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the food at the restaurant is really good
