Nikos Apartments and Studios

Highly recommend. Great place to stay, very close to the beach with very clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast included was a game changer and the sun bed on the beach (also included) made the whole stay amazing.

Breakfast was awesome, free beach chairs, awesome private pool. Ample space for everyone, lots of outdoor living spaces.

Could use more hooks for towels

Property was on the beach at Agios Prokopios. The owner Niko was very friendly and very hospitable. Our room came with sunlounges on the beach; third row for no additional payment. Niko himself was very helpful and really nice to deal with. As was the lady in charge of housekeeping.

The room, although advertised to sleep 5 was a little tight. The area where the kids slept, seemed bigger in the photos; wasn't a lot of room to put luggage, so was a little cramped. Main bedroom was spacious with a great shower! The young man that ran the beach (I think the owners son) was quite rude. We were there everyday day for 5 days and not once was he friendly. Even tried to charge us for the sunlounges when they came with our room. He didn't care to greet us or realize we were his guests in the apartments.

The location, right in front of the beach, with free sunbeds provided by the staff, was amazing! Incredible beach for kids and family! Great breakfast, warm welcoming, and comfortable room.

They could have some crayons for small children to draw while waiting for breakfast. I'm saying this because they give you a marker and a form to order breakfast, but rush to take back the markers from the children's hands, making them unhappy.

It right in front of the beach and has beach service. The people that works in the hotel are very welcoming. We would definitly choose it again

The room it's a bit small and wi fi not very reliable if you want to work from there.

Photos on Booking did not correspond to reality. The view to the sea is obscured by cables and restaurant chimneys. The place is at the busiest crossroads of Ag. Prokopios, right by the bus station. Most importantly, the rooms were extremely overpriced. We paid 200 per night for a 2-person room and 250 per night for a 3-person room; the rooms (including the poor-quality breakfast) are not worth more than 100-120 per night.

Proximity to beach, friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast, appearance of room, outdoor seating areas, extras ( beach bed, sandwich, drink, gift, etc.)
