The housekeeper was great. Walter the security guy was so caring and compassionate. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. All amenities were provided and the host Dorcas was ready to help with everything. The proximity to my conference facility was very appropriate and convenient. The distance from the road was also very convenient.

The room was so congested due to the small space. No place to hang my towel in the bathroom and no dressing mirror.

"Great value, central option for Kisumu"

Excellent communication from the host who made things clear, gave some of the best directions to find the place and sorted out any question promptly. Place was comfortable and clean

Only minor thing is it is inside an estate so had to go walk a few hundred metres to gate to go to shops but Glovo was able to find
