The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The lady who served at breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the young female cleaners was also helpful when the reception was closed .

"A wonderful, luxurious stay! Great location too, definitely recommend."

The ‘room’ was more like an apartment and we were so surprised by the amount of space! The heating was efficient, very clean on arrival, nice hot showers. The bed was really comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was tasty with quite a bit of variety and the lady was so friendly. In fact, all staff were polite, friendly and smiley. The extras in the room were so appreciated. Robes, slippers and lovely olive soaps and body washes :) Hot tub was such a delight. Especially for the winter period when it was getting a little cooler at night. Such a relaxing stay!

We travelled outside of peak season so we understand that there were general maintenance works going on. However, the building directly next door was being completely re-built and works started before about 8am. It was a very noisy start to the mornings. The room/bathroom/hot tub was spotlessly clean (thank you) but the light fixtures next to the bed could have done with being dusted. They had been collecting dust for a little while so were perhaps forgotten about during cleanings.

Perfect location, very clean and quiet. The receptionists were so nice and very helpful! If in Chania you have to stay in the Venetian quarter and with this place to stay you can feel completely at ease and just enjoy!

The property had everything we needed. We loved being right off a side street in the old town. Close walking distance for most anything we need. The staff was extremely accommodating for any of our needs. We high recommend this property.

"Beautiful rooms in the heart of Chania!"

Perfect location, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with a great shower, delicious breakfast, attentive staff.

The only thing missing was a bit of space for us to hang our towels and bikini when coming back from the beach. The rest was perfect!
