"Don't Stay Here! No Ventilation, No Elevator going to 4th floor with your luggage"

Cheap

no elevator and no ventilation. you need to carry all your luggage from ground floor to fouth floor by stairs (Im a female). Plus you will suffocate to death with a room without ventilation at 36 degrees.

"No elevator and No ventilation!! Use Stairs to 4th Floor to carry your luggage!!"

The property description is not accurate and not complete. The property is located on the 4th floor and no elevator. I was tired carrying my luggage using stairs (Im a female). And when I arrived at the property, I was shocked to see that there is no window. The picture is the listing was not clear to see if there is a window or not. I assume that the opening is a windo because there is a curtain, turns out, its a door (of course, I will not sleep with my door wide open). Booking.com was not helpful enough to refund me. They got their commission and that's it. I ended up booking another property because I cannot stay in a room without a ventilation at 36 degrees temperature.
