Palazzo Ratti Boutique Rooms

This hotel is in the middle of the old town, near to some good restaurants, parks and ice cream stores. The room was much bigger than expected and lots of great extra's like coffee machine (with pads!, microwave, big size fridge etc. Everything was working well, the hotel is pretty new in general, and solid rooms with proper isolated windows / walls - we did not hear much from neighbours or the street! Would go again if we want to stay in the area for sure!

no elevator, for us not a problem but maybe for people that have issues with using stairs. Nothing else to not like!

It was more like a suite than a junior suite and the photos don't really do it justice. The bedroom is beautiful. So is the bathroom which is supplied with luxury products. Everything is new and the fixtures are of very high quality. Location is perfect, in the centro historico with a free car park on the corner. I loved the coffee and the proper sized fridge. The lounge is very comfortable with dual aspect windows. One to the street and the other offers a view of the rooftops with the mountains (which were snow covered) in the distance. Check in and check out super easy and I received a lovely warm welcome.. The suite was extremely quiet and I would certainly recommend it.

Nothing at all to dislike. It's a fabulous place to stay.
