The location, it's just along the main road

The wifi connection.. It was poor, Couldn't connect at the rooms, one has to walk towards reception for better coverage

1. Curtain did not fit the sliding door so you could see from outside. There was no privacy, using the bathroom to change was also not an option. We asked if they could atleast change the curtain so that we were not exposed. They ignored the request. 2. The same curtain was hanging on the floor, looking untidy and tripping over it when entering and exiting. 3. The blinds in the bathroom were broken. The window is not frosted so when taking a shower you were exposed. There were other guests passing by, it was just uncomfortable. We had to use a cushion while showering. 4. The lights from outside were so bright. The curtain is too light and doesn't fit the sliding door. The same goes for the light from the bathroom. We used the cushion again. 5. The aircon- according to the staff it has not been serviced for a long time. 6. The Decoder is one of those old ones, I believe DSTV has phased them out. They quality was soo bad. It doesn't show everything, cuts out the letters/pictures. The sad thing is that these issues do not cost an arm and a leg. You can just buy that small blind or use a cloth/material as curtain. We asked them nicely to consider addressing these as were there for 4 nights but they were not interested.

The place is not far from both malls which makes it easier for me to go and get something
