The staff is very friendly.

There was no hand soap. No bin the the bathroom or the room. No water for the guests in the fridge. The place needs a bit of an upgrade.

Worst accommodation ever!! no water to flush the toilet or to shower with no warning or communication from Pilansberg view Guest house and Booking.Com still hasn't solved my issues.

No water and no communication and no problem solving!!!

1. Delicious breakfast. 2. Friendly staff, Tshidi, you are simply the best with the rest of your team. 3. Effective location for main attraction, Sun City. 4. Appropriate facility for the cause.

1. Maintenance needs: a) Soap holders in the shower. b) Replacement of main bed in the garden view family room. c) Installation of soler or generator as a back-up for continuity of needs such as water (as it is electric connected/propelled)

Staff, breakfast, space in the room, shower safety nd nice and quite place.

TV they need to put smart tv coz they do have WiFi so that we can stream instead of watching on our fones. The is also a smart devise since they have LG tv which is very good brand. Also add air freshner. Parking carports

When arrive there, there was no electricity for a few hours. Also no water because of the electricity. If they can maybe get a generator, when there is no electricity. Would have been better if there was Dstv. The open view channels doesn't offer much to look at.

Comfortable accommodation with all the comforts of home. It was only about 2 1/2 Kms from Manyane Gate into the Pilansberg Game Reserve, so it was very convenient.

Bar fridge could have been a little bigger as especially with the heat wave we've been experiencing, there wasn't much space in the fridge to keep water bottles and cooldrinks cold. Shower needs a shower caddy.
