Sheraton Grand Palace Indore

Staff was very courteous specially at breakfast, exceptional outstanding training and level of service at the restaurant.

The room toilet was shabby, taps were worn out, shower had no water pressure at all, plus worn out, the toilet WC too small and low for comfort, not expected and acceptable at the Sheraton.

The Staff is fantastic. The place is absolutley value for money. Buffett is all vegetarian and the food was excellent.

Nothing to complain about.

The ambiance was good and staff was polite and super supportive Specially Ms shaomi the duty manager..

Very limted choice of food..i still wonder why they are 100 percent veg only.....they should have Non veg food choice too , but food was delcious no doubt on that
