離博多車站很近，走路3分鐘可達，房價便宜，雙人房為18平方公尺，兩個大行李箱可同時展開，住8樓剛好有飲水機及洗衣機，旅館後方為Yodobashi友都八喜大賣場有LOPIA、GU等，方便購物，很不錯。
