Good apartment everything we needed

There’s so much wrong with this house and I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to pay the price I did for what we got. I’ve came here with my girlfriend and two kids which one of them is almost nineteen. We’ve received one room and a sofa. The sofa was so uncomfortable to the point my girfriend and daughter are coming back with back pains back home! This flat should not be in search bar for three adults and one kid, and these people should not be accepting more than two adults in this flat as there is no space for four people to live here!!! There is no sort of dining table to sit at as a family which we love to do as we find it very valuable. First night was awful here and barely got any sleep! Same with second night and same with the rest of the nights. There wasn’t a night where there wasn’t screaming going on. People kept driving up here blasting music out of their car and talking very loudly. Theres people constantly walking around during the night and people also talking very loudly, screaming and jumping in the upper rooms causing us to wake up. I have a son and he’s a child, he needs sleep and cannot rest in this house. In the description it says there’s a bath and a shower. The shower head is there but they’ve only put it up for the sake of it as the shower head does not work and there’s no function in the bath for a shower head. The WiFi is free but the WiFi does not reach the room from the salon which is about three meters away from the living room. I think that’s quite ridiculous...My son was trying to play on his PS5 but of course the WiFi is so weak that it couldn’t even connect. my daughter was trying to make herself a toastie in the oven and she opens it and finds BURNT SMILEY FACES in the oven which WE had to clean up the mess of someone else. We didn’t come here to clean up someone else’s mess. Overall I would never recommend this house to anyone.

Still trying to get a refund. We had a 2 night break booked, we left within an hour of being there. Due to excessive music from one side, but when upstairs starting shouting, swearing and fighting we didn't feel safe or comfortable. We then had to find alternative accommodation so more money to pay out. Owners will not refund our money and still fighting for it. Booking.com should sort this as booked through them but as of yet only offered a small amount. Avoid.

Owners attitude, felt unsafe and not at all as would off expected

Adequate modern apartment with a good location. 20 min walk to town centre, 5 mins to beach. Shopping and eating facilities 5 mins away by car.

Could not get live TV; the cables were untidy and need attention ; the Arial and settings could not get signals. The shower needs a secure hand rail for older folks like us.

It was exceptionally clean, the decor was very tasteful and it was a restful place to stay. Everything was there, towels, shampoo etc tea & coffee. On site parking great. It was well sited for me to walk to the seafront where I needed to be.

Not too serious, but heavy footsteps from above a mild irritation.

It had what we needed - clean, comfortable, pleasant host and walking distance from sea front.

Flat was dark inside, parking was tight.
