Cortile Del Greco Apartments

La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima. A pochi passi da Via Maqueda, dai Quattro Canti e dal centro storico. Claudia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Le istruzioni sono state chiare e puntuali. L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato dei principali comfort (macchina del caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde). La camera da letto è spaziosa e il letto comodo.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse unica cosa avrei preferito il boiler dell’acqua calda un po’ più grande.

Instructions for entrance were easy and clear. Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment.

Skvelý apartman s vynikajúcou polohou v samotnom srdci Palerma 100 metrov od trhu Capo. 350 metrov od katedraly. Všetko skvelé. Apartman je nový velmi vkusne zariadený.

Niet čo vytknúť. Nevhodné pre slabo mobilných.

Apartamentul este ste situat în apropierea celor mai importante bulevarde și obiective turistice, inclusiv de gara/autogara.

Nu e cazul.

Czysto i wygodnie, świetna lokalizacja - centrum ale cicho i spokojnie. Dwa balkony. Wszystko czego potrzeba jest w pobliżu np sklep czy bar na kawę i śniadanie. Kontakt z właścicielką bezproblemowy :) Niektórym mogą przeszkadzać strome wąskie schody co warto wziąć pod uwagę, ale dla nas nie były one problemem.

Ausstattung wunderschön. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Lage hervorragend.

Sehr steile Treppe zum Apartment.

+Very central location in the old town of Palermo. This has its advantages: close distance to all the restaurants, markets, shops, sightseeing stuff, nightlife, public transport, anything you want. It also has its disadvantages, so be prepared: parking is a pain in the ass (applies to the entirety of Palermo), and the place is noisy, but it is to be expected when the location is such. Italians love to honk and between 07:00 and 08:00 every morning there is some congestion on Via Judica and there is A LOT of car horns beep beep beep, so you are woken up at that time whether you like it or not. There was general traffic noise, the trash trucks, the motorbikes, there were occasional trucks and construction noise from an apartment across the street that is getting renovated. A lot of shouting too. We didn't mind it as much, but it was not super pleasant either. +The apartment gets very nice afternoon sun from the balcony of the living room, so even though the balconies are small and there are no chairs or anything there, you can still enjoy the sun even from the couch inside. +We always check thoroughly regarding the hygiene (bathroom, bed and mattress, fridge) when we visit rentals and found nothing alarming. There was some dust behind the bed and in random corners and some coffee stains on the wall by the coffee machine. Fridge clean without any smells. Toilet and bidet clean. +Very friendly host. Claudia was kind and quick to reply to any questions. Very accommodating to everything, you just ask. +Bidet. +New mattress, with mattress cover, which is appreciated. +Washing machine. +Pleasant decor.

-I would appreciate a mosquito repellent device in the apartment (the ones with the tablets would be fine). There are a lot of mosquitoes in the Mediterranean and it is, in my opinion, a necessity from May to October. -Very little toilet paper provided. Two small, half-used rolls were available when we arrived, that was all. Our stay was 9 nights. So definitely not well stocked with regards to the length of our stay. -No specific place to put the suitcase. It is generally good practice, to have a luggage rack with sleek legs, somewhere away from walls and other furniture, for hygiene and practical purposes. -Child chair as a permanent "installation" in the living room was kind of weird, and to be honest, looked kind of dirty and worn. Maybe fold it and store it somewhere unless visitors with kids are staying? -No place to hang the clothes if you did laundry other than the balcony bars. The clothes hanger was broken, and the one broken arm was lying on the roof of the house below the balcony (unreachable). So, clothes hanger was unusable. Also, there were no clothespins, so if it is windy, clothes are just going to fly off.
