I missed that the property is on underground floor

We absolutely loved our night away. Four of us very comfortably had a great stay. Adebayo was a great host. He went through everything and clearly loves his little hideaway house. Yes, the bathroom is teeny tiny but doesn't matter really, it does the job and is clean and well presented. It was a 15/20 min walk along the beach to Hastings Old Town so a prefect location too. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing apartment, loved the decor. So close to the beach and some cool cafes. Great hosts - would definitely stay again!

Well decorated flat. Living room is cosy Clean

The access to the building is dirty, smelly & very damaged. The flat is in a basement and it was quite humid. Bathroom is tiny. Stairs are very hard to access, not suitable for young kids or older people.

Quirky style and facilities

It was very hot which made sleeping uncomfortable for 1 out of 3 guests

Really cosy basement apartment, perfect for a couple of nights. Bed was comfy, had all the amenities you could ask for.

Outside facade was run down - no lock or key for external door. Bathroom light was very bright!!

The decor was pretty cool, for small place has some character. The heating was perfect made the place a cosy and warm. Kids loved the mood lights
