Beautiful house, bedrooms all good size. Easy to get into York

There needs to be a welcome pack explaining about the heating. What to do with the linen at the end of the stay etc.. En suite shower, didn't work so what was the point of one. There was no slip mat in the bath.

"Lovely house."

Spacious house, perfect for our family weekend. Lovely quiet area, 10-15 mins walk from city centre. Comfortable bedrooms, one with en-suite. Great kitchen & conservatory for family breakfasts! Parking for 2 cars. Also, very prompt replies from owners to all our questions.

Very minor thing - Had to give plates & mugs a wash before use, as some hadn't been cleaned properly.

Beds were very comfortable. Lovely and spacious

Had to ask for hot water but this was sorted straight away. Recycling overflowing and garden a bit overgrown
