Broken faucet in Bathroom

The gentleman on the night shift was unbelievably polite and helpful!

The room just smelt a little Smokey. I’ve found this with other properties in Mexico - I don’t know any this would be. Surely not everyone is smoking in their rooms?

Large rooms. ac worked great. Very clean. Great location if you want quiet and to be away from everything/everyone. I made a mistake when booking the room, and Mitchel totally took care of it for me. Very helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

The property manager was most attentive.

Great location in Colonia. Last minute booking, was way better than I expected. Very clean and comfortable with large bed a large tv with balcony and a pool on the roof.

The elevator broke and the pool was small.

I liked the king bed and the suite set-up, as well as the walking distance to the beach. It was a quiet location as well.

I wished I'd been warned that there was a giant cell tower directly beside the building. Radiation from those things is extremely harmful, everyone who has researched health and wellness knows this. Upon arrival, I realized my booked suite was on the ground floor, where anyone on the street can see in, so I asked if I could switch to a suite on a higher level. Instead of welcoming me into an upgrade, the non-smiling young staff member told me there was an additional cost and cut the conversation off - as if he assumed I would not be able to afford it. This felt like he was being prejudiced towards me. I found a broom after realizing the floors were dirty, and swept up the place before using it. The staff members were not friendly to me once, and the older gentleman was overly watchful, tracking my every move, even going around my street-level suite, looking into the windows and at my back porch. When I asked once for a kitchen towel (no dishwashing soap or anything to clean up the kitchen was there), the staff member said they didn't have one. Internet cut out for 8 hours on the night I needed to communicate with my Uber driver. Luckily it worked out anyway!

There is no hotel by that name at that address in Puerto Morelos Q Roo. Mexico. We used GPS abs asked locals and finally we had to book another room in person. I will contact you again when I get back to Canada to talk about a refund. But so wanted to let you know about the problem right away. I always use booking,com and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.
