Nice 2 bedroom apartments, comfortable and everything you need. The real highlight was the team at the kids club. From 10am to 7pm they were there, motivated and making sure the kids and parents had a great time. I really can’t say enough good things about them!

There are 3 main pools. As we were staying at Easter I made sure to ask in advance if the pools were open and heated. I was told yes they are heated. In reality, the pool at the main hotel was the only one that was “heated” which it hardly was. It was still quite cold. The other 2 main pools, including the kids pools were ice cold and the water slides and water park features not even turned on. Have to say this was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. I understand it’s April, but if the pools and water parks are advised as being open, then they should be.
