I started there from 17th May 24 to 19th May 24. Honestly, this is my first and longest review I am giving for any hotel. The mattress of room 106 (my first room which I immediately changed to 206) was in bad condition. Literally, you can feel the mattress springs hitting your back . 1 or 2 lights were not working. After switching to 206 the mattress condition is again the same. Springs make loud noise while sitting on or getting off the mattress. The toilet flush was not working. Pillows were dirty. Please see the picture of the pillow. Wifi didn't work one day... The guys in reception were polite I must say, but service wasn't good though. Had to repeatedly follow up any requirements.. Out of all. Food was ok.

Location and restaurant

Room was not clean, no basic things provided such as towels, toiletries etc. Building, room not maintained - broken tiles. Although accepted to accommodate early checkin and early checkout there was a lot of difficulty and convincing to do to get room ready. It was very inconvenient after a long overnight journey.

The location is the only highlight as it is near to the airport, everything else was disappointing.

The photos shown and the actual hotel are poles apart. It seems like the photos were taken years ago and the rooms are makeshift OYO rooms. We booked for 2 nights and requested for early check-in by 2 hrs and we will also checkout early as we had an early morning flight. We had to pay extra for the 2 hrs early check-in; and we were treated to a room with stained sheets, no new toiletries and not even towels. The fixtures in the washroom were broken and the buckets provided were filthy. We had to call customer care to get towels as per requests to the front desk feel on deaf ears. We ordered room service, and the food was passable but the plates and cups were broken and unclean. All in all, we do not recommend this place nor would we visit this place again. If you want hotels near the airport, there are many near this facility and only book after checking them out physically.
