TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Despite having made a reservation, only after arriving at the place I find out that in that specific hotel, apparently, they don't accept foreigners. At the reception, instead of helping me, they simply told me to contact customer support. So I was forced to find another hotel just the night before my flight! It's not the first time we've had issues with the OYO chain; even in another location, they didn't want to accept our visa, only changing their mind after hours of waiting in the lobby.

Fake photos in booking.com. please. Don't trust them

Itself was a really bad experience. The hotel is not at all good. Service is very bad. They charged 250 rs extra for GST. I am going to file a complaint in the Consumer Court the money they asked for extra without informing earlier. Hotel pictures are fake, not the actual photos.

The location

Everything else. It was a horrible experience. One of the worst hotel stays ever. I’ll list out the points below: 1. Payment: While booking.com mentioned that we can pay at the property, we got continuous mails and messages from the hotel asking to pay 10% to confirm the booking. When I spoke to them, they sent a payment link. 2. Rooms: the rooms were dark and dirty. The AC in one of the rooms was not working. The linens and pillow covers were soiled. When we asked to change them, we were told that there are no other linens available. When we insisted, they replaced with another bed and pillow covers which were clearly used and not washed. 4. Staff: The staff were extremely uncooperative. It was clear the staff managing the desk were really inexperienced. They were being bombarded with complaints of AC not working, rooms are dirty, hot water not coming, etc. they did not know how to handle. They were dismissive and rude. When we complained about the dirty linen, he answered, it’s clean enough, you can adjust. 5. We finally had to change the hotel as a stay over here was not possible.

Lot of staff

Room not clean properly. No amenities as mentioned in the site. Bed is not good spring was sticking out which is painful to sleep. No milk in the restaurant!!

We had a delightful experience in this property. Beautiful location and clean room Good environment, Spacious Room.Good atmosphere, clean and well maintained rooms. Had a good stay. There was no restriction

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.Had a very good stay here. The best thing about the hotel is the hospitality of the staff. They are very accomodating to guests' requests.The rooms and bathrooms very neat and clean

Everything was good

20 minutes from the airport, quiet location

While cheap, the room was quite shabby. Sheets were worn out, unchanged and unwashed, no towels were provided, and the air conditioner was erratic. While this might be an option for couples looking for a break, this wasn't a good choice for me to catch a few hours of sleep before my connecting flight in the morning.
