Piękny apartament, wszystko było super. Miła i pomocna obsługa

The location was great. It was nice to have our own proper space, rather than just a hotel room. It also meant a few nights we ate in or got a takeaway which helped manage costs a bit! It was really warm and cosy after being out in the cold.

Our toilet kept not flushing but staff were quick to respond. The bedroom was pretty small but there was plenty of space elsewhere for clothes!

Lors de la 2ème nuit, fuite d'eau par dessus le lit avec changement de chambre à minuit pour une chambre beaucoup plus petite et pas propre. 1 mois plus tard. Toujours en attente de remboursement de la différence entre les 2 chambres.

Overall, the stay was a nice experience. The apartment is located in a great location within walking distance of the center of Tromso. The apartment was fully equipped and comfortable for two people.

We didn't stay in the room shown in the pictures of the booking, though the specifications were the same. With some small adjustments in the bathroom (e.g., a clothes hanger) and the bedroom, the comfort will be higher.

The property was in a convenient central location. It was warm, clean and generally quiet.

The only strange thing is that there were not many plug sockets in the living room which would have been useful to charge devices. Same in the bedrooms. We used the plug sockets in the bathroom as a result.

Die Lage war super !

Wir hatten die ganze Zeit kein Licht im Bad und mussten uns immer mit einer Taschenlampe aushelfen. Obwohl wir mehrfach Bescheid gegeben haben wurde der Mangel nie behoben. Bei der Benutzung des Backofens kam es bei der Öffnung zum Aufsteigen der Dämpfende des gebratenen Specks , das Essen war knusprig aber nicht angebrannt. Ein Feueralarm wurde ausgelöst . Der Hausmeister kam schnell und stellte ihn ab und meinte mehrmals es wäre jetzt alles ok, aber wir sollten besser in Zukunft die Dunstabzugshaube anstellen. Er wies uns darauf hin , dass es aber sehr teuer gewesen wäre ,wenn er nicht gekommen wäre und den Feueralarm gestoppt hätte und die Meldung an die Feuerwache weiter geleitet worden wäre. Als wir Abreisen wollten versuchte die Rezetionistin uns dann ca 60 € für das Kommen des Hausmeisters zu berechnen . Nach einiger Diskussion wurde dann aber doch noch auf die Zahlung verzichtet. !!!Besser Dunstabzugshaube beim Kochen anmachen,könnte sonst teuer werden !!!
